Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email at info@mystarlings.co.za explaining your concern, a photo of the damaged item must please be included.
All art sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please advise us in writing at info@mystarlings.co.za of your wish to return your purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be liable to return the goods to My Starlings at your own cost within 7 calendar days.
Only items in a resaleable state qualify for refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
My Starlings reserves the right to deduct any direct costs associated with the order, such as delivery fees, packaging costs, etc. from the final refund amount.
Certain items cannot be returned, like art sales, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), used or opened items, items returned more than 7 days after delivery, and personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products).
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
No returns will be accepted for items sold as clearance or custom-made products.
Damaged or Missing Shipments:
• If a shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• Please retain all packaging material for inspection by the carrier if needed.
Custom Orders:
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or incorrect.
