Hot compress:

Heat the inner bag in the microwave on high for 1 - 2 minutes.

Cold compress:

Place the inner bag in a sealed freezer bag. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Care instructions:

Lightly spot-clean the inner bag with a damp cloth. Do not wash or immerse in water.

Store in a sealed container to preserve the lavender fragrance. Gently crush the lavender buds between your fingers to refresh the scent.

Wash the outer bag, when needed, in cold water using a PH-neutral shampoo. Dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.

Caution:

• Do not overheat the inner bag.
• Do not place the outer bag in the microwave.
• Never cover a heated bag.
• If you notice a burning smell, allow the bag to cool completely and dispose of it.
